Just set up this app for my store. So far, so good. I like that it has a free tier (and reasonable plans), since I'm just getting started and want to test if subscriptions will work for me. Had to reach out for help with a small issue and support fixed it within 15 minutes. Thanks!

I contacted support and was helped within a couple minutes. Prarthana logged into my site and manually configured the widget to show correctly on my product page. She then made it look nice to match my custom theme. Definitely recommend this app.

This app is by far the best subscription app available. I used the big names, Bold, Recharge etc and they charge $60 a month. This app is free up to 300 subscriptions and provide 24/7 chat and they couldn't be more helpful. Such a good app and cannot reccoment enough!

So far so great! I just added this app to my store and utilized the chat feature to work with live help to get me up and running! He was very helpful and helped me feel confident that this was the right choice in app for adding a subscription service to my store. I'm very happy with everything so far!!

This app is so simple to use! And the 24/7 support makes set up so quick and easy! Some other apps don't charge automatically for subscriptions but this one does which makes things so easy. I'm excited to watch sales rise with this subscription option.

I used this app to set up a subscription box, and the setup and customer service was flawless and set up in less than 10 minutes. In fact- most of the time was me explaining how I wanted it to work and their team was helpful and thorough to make sure it was up and running exactly how I wanted it and ready to go on my site. App is ok but support is not, Mann in particular. I used every resource available but still was unable to resolve issues. When I asked for help I was just given a simple answer and the support chat was ended without me having an opportunity to follow up and Mann never asked if I needed anything else or if my issue was resolved. I have felt with many different types of support through Shopify and this has by far been the worst
