We are using this app to manage skincare subscriptions. The app is easy to use from a user as well as a customer. Most importantly I appreciate Appstle's customer service. They are a small and nimble team who is attentive to needs and responds quickly to any questions. Looking forward to continuing to grow business and repeat sales with Appstle.

Appstle helps us easily manage our subscriptions for our product. Anytime we have a question the Appstle team is quick to help us out and figure out a solution. Highly recommend this app if you offer subscriptions!

5 stars after almost 6 months use.
Customer service is responsive and fast, they have a good technical understanding of the app, Shopify and its limitations. The technical ability of the team is excellent, a lot of them seem to be able to code. Video calls are setup for any issues that require more in-depth explanation.
The app itself is quite comprehensive and new features come out frequently. The API and websockets are the icing on the cake for us, this gives us flexibility and future-proofing, and makes us feel comfortable about solving issues on our own outside of Shopify.
Reasonably priced, considering we do not use all the features, just a few. For someone that will use more features, this is a great price!

Ash was excellent as chat support - one of the few times that a chat experience was as good as a telephone call.
The app itself could do with more design options on the product page, like allowing us to upload an image file.
The customer service for this app is a straight 10/10! I mean, I'd set it up completely wrong and Ash sorted it out for me within 20 minutes so you can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend.
