I had a specific subscription setup I wanted to implement for my Shopify store — charging $xx for the first month and applying a 20% discount from the second month onwards ($yy) so we could effectively use a one-time introductory offer.

Alan was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me configure this correctly. They clearly understood the business requirement and guided me through how to structure the subscription plan so the pricing logic worked exactly as intended.

What I appreciated most was how patient and solution-oriented Alan was. Instead of giving generic answers, they worked through the setup details with me until everything functioned properly and even recorded a a video for me when I couldnt find certain functions.

I have small subscription group and this app does my billing, signs up and cancels subscriptions and so much more. It has been a great time saver.

Ok, I can only speak from my personal experience, so here is my intake one this app, Before i downloaded this app, i went out seeking the best subscription app there is for my store and i realized this got to be the best app due to the 5.0 Stars and over 6K reviews. I looked into the Appstle app pertaining there features and it was exactly what i needed to excel. Their pricing plan is perfect, no transaction fees or extra charges like the rest of the subscription apps out there, This app fit my budget perfectly. The customer service goes beyond for you and even can help you set it all up as a complementary. Alden which is one of the reps there was so amazing to me. I am so thankful for the help. I've been using this for about 6 months now and can honestly say they are great. Whatever worries I've had and mistakes (on my end) I've encountered had been solved almost instantly due to their customer service and amazing team. They've even gone as far as correcting things I hadn't noticed or considered (with my permission of course).

Such a great and easy app for small businesses to seamlessly manage subscriptions. We had a little issue with our theme overriding the code and Devin from Appstle fixed it within minutes!!! Highly recommend.

This is a great app and the customer service is exceptional. We had an issue (not to the fault of Appstle) but because we changed themes and it caused an issue with our subscriptions. I contacted customer service and Richard helped immediately. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This app is absolutely top tier for beginner shopify owners and business's, the free plan options are far beyond what someone getting into selling needs.

Further, the support team for this app is INCREDIBLE, matters addressed in minutes, ALWAYS, never ever had an issue go on for longer than 5-10 minutes. IMMEDIATE RESPONSES.
