Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Recently I had some difficulty with switching plans and had to go through several people to design the best option for my business. However in the end, Appstle provided a solution that was more than fair. I have used this service for more than two years and have always been happy with the seamless way it populates my subscription orders into our Shopify storefront every month. I would recommend them for any high volume subscription service.

Appstle has been a great subscription platform for us offering a lot of configurability and ease of use. The Build-a-Box feature has allowed us to offer dynamic volume based pricing that most competitors do not have. Their support team is what truly makes them our favorite platform as they are always quick to help find a solution to issues when they rarely arise!

This is a great app for our business and the customer support is next to none! As I've worked to set it up or add/takeaway different features, the customer support team has been amazing to provide the information I have needed. I'm excited to keep using this app to grow our business!

App has a lot of features, too many for me to understand properly but that means I have a lot of options. It does take some time getting used to it but whenever I need help I can just speak to one of the staff and they analyze the problem I have and point out my problem and sort it out for me themselves! Really amazing customer service and I would recommend to anyone who would need a subscription service! :3

The Appstle Subscription support team are amazing--I've needed their help several times over the last year and they are always quick to respond, very helpful and can also help implement changes if you need. I really appreciate this support over being provided with pages of instructions which has become quite the norm.

Helpful online chat. I wanted to add a button on my website so that my customers can find their autoship easily and Brooks helped me with this.

Just set it up with the help of an awesome agent via the chat ... Not yet live but looking good so far! Customer service has been excellent!

We have had a problem after a relaunch of our website. The support was super friendly and fixed everything within 15-20 minutes.

A clear recommendation.

Works really well, very easy to use, easy customer dashboard and very simple to configure different options for customers.

Would love to be able to fully customize the look and layout of the customer portal though.

I rate a Shopify app by two main things, one the style & functionality customisation and two the support. Both have been 5/5 stars for me with Apostle. Brooks a customer support and dev has been a great help and has provide great service. I would highly recommend this app, it's cheaper and better than recharge!
