Ash with Appstle customer service truly made the experience with the app worthwhile. Navigating the ins-and-outs of Shopify can be a little confusing, but the team at Appstle walked me through everything with screenshots and patient explanations of how to do each option of how I wanted it set up. When I became stuck on an issue, they logged into my Shopify account and found the issue quickly, and didn't log off until they made sure that the problem was completely resolved. Thanks again, Ash!

I've been teaching Korean and generated a lot of sales from this app and it's ease helped me build a lot of subscription plans and bundles. It also pairs extremely well with Tevello which is the course app.
I asked Freya to put in a simple feature on my website and she fixed it for me in about 2 minutes. Something that would have taken about weeks or months to solve. They've always been attentive so I have been a happy customer.

Customer service is key when I look to partner with a company.
It doesn't matter how nice or awesome your app is. If the customer service doesn't happen or it's replaced by AI, customers can tell how much you actually care. The promise is only as good as trust that is built over time. You can't automate that.
Appstle's team does not compromise on this.

I'm not a developer or designer but Appstle has been really straightforward to use! I think it's a great app for subscriptions! I did have a few questions and Brooks was great with helping configure my subscription plan. Anything that they didn't already have in their "help" section, he quickly recorded tutorials for and sent them to me. I spent probably 3+ hours chatting with the him to get everything set up perfectly and he was super patient throughout the process. I was really happy that their support was available so quickly and was so thorough, unlike other apps sometimes!
If you're looking for a versatile subscription app, highly recommend appstle!

Saved us a massive headache when we figured out Shopify doesn't natively support subscription based products. The basic plan is free giving you the time you need to start earning revenue. Then once you start earning above $500 monthly the cost of the subscription is very little compared to what you are earning.

The app itself is easy to set up, although the support on offer is so good that there really is nothing to worry about if you do get stuck with anything.
We saw a slow start, however, we have been surprised by the popularity of the subscription model and would recommend it to anybody with a product line that is endlessly replaceable.

Appstle have been great. Really good value, robust subscription app that does what you need it to do. Also, their support is first class and will find you a solution to any complications you run into.

They make changes in production without notifying customers, resulting in customer portal downtimes of more than 12 hours. Or they upload new features without testing them properly with the result that “things” appear that don't work or don't fit the aesthetics of the portal.
Most of their support tickets take between 24-48 hours to resolve because their agents have limited knowledge and have to pass the issues to their developers.
Some of these issues result in financial and reputational losses for those of us who use Appstle.
They do not calculate shipping rates correctly, so many times orders are shipped without shipping costs and this means losses.
And much more.
