Hands down, the best support I've gotten from a team. The app is flexible, VERY fairly priced for what you get, and the team is super willing to help you customize what you need.

Maya took the time to answer all of our questions and even wrote a custom CSS for our widget to match our storefront color themes. Best support team ever!
In reference to the app, we have just started using the product, however the price plans are very generous and everything has been super smooth and easy to use. Will update this review after we have spent some more time using the app.

The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.

Support staff have been amazingly helpful - specifically Max. Any issues I had were sorted within minutes, and even came with supporting screenshots and videos for future issues. Would recommend.
