We have had a great experience with Appstle and Muhammad in particular. Every question is answered promptly, and when needed, it is supported with either screenshots or even a video tutorial. Just as importantly, the application works very well and it is fully integrated with Shopify Payments.

Okay, so I was a customer who swore by another subscription app and used them for the last 3 years. But this last year their service and support really diminished. Not sure what happened, but with Shopify updating some features and the checkout changing, I had major MAJOR issues that couldn't be resolved. So I decided to migrate to Appstle. These guys are great. I dealt with Harsh at the beginning, and he was great. The last few weeks I've had a plethora of support requests and Hussain has been my go-to guy. Super helpful and polite, sending me screenshots and screen captures to explain features and how the app manages orders and processes data. These guys have built a stellar app, that integrates quickly and easily. The onboarding process is super simple and doesn't require days of waiting for someone to import endless lines of code etc. If you need to remove the app from one theme, its a simple process. And again, their support is off the charts. I really value immediate and prompt responses and Appstle delivers. If you need to migrate from an old system to this, its a bit clunky as there is no automatic way to do it. I had to manually import customers using a discount code and a fake payment method, so that part has been a bit of a challenge. But new orders incoming do their job well, and the app works great.

i was looking for a good subscription app stumble on these guys, customer service is awesome fix all the issues i was having in the backend asap and the app is great and easy to use.

Just testing out this app, so far its perfect for what I want. To offer SAAS, (Software base subscriptions) had issues setting up being new to the app, support was quick and accurate! Thank you!

I used this app to set up a subscription service for our monthly plant club customers. It was a little confusing to set up tbh and a couple of times have had to contact their support team via their chat box under "contact us" but they have always available immediately and very quick to help solve my problems. Really impressed with their team's knowledge, patience, and ability to fully explain stuff while teaching me how to operate the app.

Amazing support and assistance from Junaid. I have not gotten the system completely set up yet, but have a lot of questions. Junaid is all over it and helping a lot. Thank you. Spoke with Kehanvi today (1/7/2022) amazing service. Above and beyond the call of duty. I wish other apps' support and customer service was this great.

Swapped to this app from Bold. The migration was difficult (through no fault of appstles) due to my complex product types and attributes. They were patient and swift and offered fabulous service. App has tons of features and is reasonably priced too. Thank you Appstle!
