Der Kundensupport war äußerst hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf meine Fragen und Anliegen. Ich hatte einige Schwierigkeiten bei der Einrichtung des Abonnementdienstes auf meiner Webseite, aber der Kundensupport war geduldig und führte mich Schritt für Schritt durch den Prozess.

Was ich besonders schätzte, war, dass der Kundensupport auf meine individuellen Bedürfnisse einging und mir maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anbot. Sie waren nicht nur auf schnelle Lösungen aus, sondern investierten auch Zeit und Energie, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Abonnementdienst optimal funktioniert.

Ich war auch beeindruckt von der Professionalität und Freundlichkeit des Kundensupports. Sie waren stets höflich und respektvoll und gingen auf meine Fragen und Anliegen ein, als ob ich ihr einziger Kunde wäre.

I'm rating this app a 5* partly due to current functionality but mainly due to the responsiveness of the team. They will go above and beyond to find solutions, get back to you quickly on queries / help needed, and are super open to collaborating with other apps that they are not yet integrated with. What I love:
- subscriptions as well as 'build-a-box functionality. There aren't too many apps that do this!
- integration with your shopify theme. - consumer 'manage my subscription' functionality that can be configured to your requirements - you choose what customers can and can't change
- highly configurable What I Wish
- it integrated with a delivery scheduling app. I believe this is currently a restriction on Shopify's end which is in the plan to fix during H1 2022.
- 'manage subscription' currently allows customers to change subscription frequency outside the options available due to the free form field to adjust

Super easy to install and great customer service from the start. Zulkifal at customer support helped me quicklky and efficiently.

I have just installed this app and still trying to figure it all out. However, I can say that the tech support is top-notch. Kehanvi answered all of my questions and made some design changes for me. I feel confident that if I have any other questions, they will be addressed quickly. Great service and I highly recommend this app.

Great app and even better support! I couldn't figure out how to set up the subscription box on the website properly. Clicked on the help button, within minutes, Mann came to the rescue and sorted it out. Very impressed with the customer support. Now just need more testing and it can go live soon.

We have a custom theme. One chat and the subscription app was embedded onto our site no issues. Highly recommend.
