So far, so good! Our site has tons of products and we wanted to incorporate a monthly subscription and it was SO easy to set-up. The customer service was instantaneous and thorough. I'm new to subscription boxes and wanted to find the perfect app for my business. I couldn't find anything that also included customised shipping but this one does! I literally installed all of the 'top' apps to see if they would work for me and this is the only one I want to stick with. Not only that, I've been asking Kehanvi questions all evening and the answer is always yes! I'm absolutely blown away by the product and the customer service. And I'm really excited to have Appstle support my business as it grows.

I've just added this app to my shop for a floral subscription service! I wrote to Appstle about a month ago looking for the feature to be able to have a 3 month subscription that automatically bills and cuts off after that period of time, as many of my customers give it as a gift and don't want to have to manage it. No other app service offered this at the time and they were quick to respond and said they would try to update their app service to offer this in the next few weeks. Sure enough, they did! They are always helpful and quick to respond. I'm excited to start my subscription journey with them! :)

I was looking for an app that will help my Shopify store offer Subscription option to my customers and I am glad I found Appstle. It was straight forward to embed and the customer service/online support ever! No matter if it's day or night, there's always somebody online to help you address an issue or concern. They'll even do the work for you. Ask and you shall receive.
