Update: Today Appstle staff helped me resolve 2 issues in a speedy manner. They are always very helpful and get to the root of my issue. Today it was figuring out how to export the upcoming orders for the month so that we can dedicate inventory toward our subscriptions . Secondly, to reformat how upcoming order dates show up in the customer portal. The support member showed me how to filter and export to get upcoming order data. While exporting and manually counting isn't the worst thing in the world, it would be great if we could have a 'next month' section in analytics just so that the manual counting of products is not required. Either way, great app, thanks Appstle!!
Prior Update: You can tell Appstle has been working hard to implement the best features and usability. The support is very quick and has always been good quality, but it has also improved to be even better! Very happy to have this app. There were a few hiccups in the early days, but I'm so glad that we got through them. If you're new to subscription apps, just start with this one! The reason I had hiccups was because I started with a different subscription app.
Initial onboarding took some patience since I was migrating from Bold V1. We had a few issues due to leftover code from Bold V1, but that wasn't Appstle's fault. We also encountered a glitch on Appstle's end that prevented us from using the app and after a video call, got that resolved very quickly and reset our free trial so that we could actually try it out before purchasing. The customer portal is easy, I love being able to send a magic link. Support is incredibly fast and usually very helpful, IF you get the right person. This app works way better than our previous app and is very functional. Compared to Bold V1, I get way less confused customers now with Appstle. Great app!

Finding a subscription app that can provide 100% of all the features a subscription based reseller is looking for is like looking for a unicorn, but Appstle is pretty close to perfect. Only feature missing is prorated billing for orders filled mid-month so that I can put all my monthly subscriptions on the same billing day the following month. I have yet to find a subscription manager on Shopify to do that but I submitted the suggestion to them and they were willing to submit it to development for consideration. I came over to Appstle from another subscription manager and I have tried several. Appstle has so far been the most customizable and has the best customer service hands down, they are always available and able to answer questions quickly. I'll be staying with Appstle for a long time.
Update to my previous review - Its been about 1 year using Appstle and they continue to impress me. I reached out to see if they could help me customize an informational pop-up for customers who are pausing their subscriptions. This is something I could not find in settings. Within a short period of time I was provided the instructions and screenshots to customize this field.
