I would recommend it. Its is pretty easy to use and customer service is helpful. There are some things I wish I could do on my own without the help of customer service but it is overall a very good app and when I reach out to customer service they are able to help and fix any issues
It's working well. I moved from recharge as this is much more fairly priced for a small business. I do find the app settings a bit hard to navigate but the support is always available so that makes a big difference. Today I had a problem with my shipping set up and got a reply within a minute, with screenshots how to manage it. Resolved in no time!
The app works pretty well with our Shopify store. There are a few limitations that we've had to navigate, such as requiring Shop Pay to subscribe (the delay between updating a credit card in Shop Pay and having it register for payments in Appstle has posed a hassle for our customers, but this is not unique to Appstle). However, the Appstle support team has been really helpful in finding workarounds.
Great app for getting started with subscriptions. Options to customise and tailor are so useful and give great flexibility. Support team is also great for getting going and confirming the best setup ahead of launch.
I have been using it for a few months now and have had an excellent experience. It was easy to install and its usability is very good. It can be improved significantly in terms of translation to other languages, as I couldn’t find all the fields I needed when translating to Portuguese. I also think the customization could be improved overall.
Additionally, during the migration of customer credit card data, some records were left without first and last names. This caused integration issues with logistics and CRM applications, highlighting the need for more robust data validation during migration processes.
good app, just have to deal with quotas if you want the free plan, otherwise pretty sure you have to upgrade to paid plans, good customer service the chat was answered in less then 5 minuetus

Customer help has always been easy and available. We enjoy the user-friendly app and our customers also enjoy it.
Merchant engineers are very helpful. Sometimes takes a while for them to respond but they are always able to help you out with whatever you need.
The app is good but can be a little unintuitive in areas. The live chat team are fantastic however. Very responsive and helpful.
