Jackson was super helpful when I ran into a problem with the subscription relaying through!
Managed to look at and make the changes I needed, within 10mins of me asking.
I saw the reviews and saw that they were helpful, I didn't think it would be this good!
I contacted them at 23:00, and had a reply almost immediately.

During the development of our e-commerce site we required some implementation assistance. We received almost instant response from the team as they were extremely knowledgable. Didn't waste our time with redundant questions, just got right to the issue and sorted it out properly.

I am new to shopify and this app. With Appstle, I am getting closer to my ideal customer experience that I was seeking. I am starting with the Free tier and will likely expand into the paid tiers soon enough. I was able to use the chat with an agent, late evening, and he was able to get me going. I was surprised that I got a live agent, I was delighted.

App is good, you get (almost) everything you need from the free pricing.
