Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

We use this app to manage our subscriptions and have been very pleased! I love that whenever we have a question I can live support from a human usually in under a minute and they stay with me for the entire fix.

Wow - what great customer service. Very simple to install and intuitive to use. I was having an issue with scrolling the list of products to add. I contacted them by the chat feature in the app and got an immediate response. Vikas tried to help there and then but couldn't work it out, so I was invited to a video call. All sorted very quickly. Turns out it's because I use the little button in the middle of my keyboard rather than the touchpad! (If you do too, use that button together with the l & R buttons at the top of the touch pad - all 3 together is a bit awkward, but it is a work around whilst they add a feature to use the button on it's own)
No waiting around for emails to be answered and the response arriving in the middle of the night. So far so good. Now to get Utterly Rawsome's customers on the 'other' app to move across....

Super easy to integrate and have up and running. I had one small issue and contacted support chat. Within about 2 minutes I had a response and within another minute or so the issue was fixed. Fantastic customer support!

Great support right up front. Immediately after I installed the App, since my theme was not in their list some quick customization was required for the buttons to match my theme. I was instructed to click Contact Support, and it was done within 5 minutes. If their ongoing support is this good I expect this to be a great experience going forward.

So far, this has been great! The support team has been quick and efficient in helping me get everything set up when I updated my theme, and this app plays really well with other apps I'm using, too.
