Great app, great pricing, support is amazing, so far they are the best we've tried. A bit technical but as I said they have fantastic support so we didn't feel overwhelmed.

We've had our teething issues, but the support team is always very responsive and helpful to resolve things. The system works and doesn't give us too many issues so we are happy with it.
I am the CTO of Appstle. I am sorry you had less than stellar experience with us. Regarding your recent issue about payment link expiration, it was brought to our attention for the first time. Hence we weren't aware of the expiration time. It has been asked by other Shopify app partner members as well in the community. https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apps/about-the-cause-of-the-expiration-of-the-link-button-in-the/td-p/2118565.
As for the response delays I am trying to get to the bottom of the issue. At Appstle, we take customer support very seriously and strive to provide hands-on 24x7 support - 365 days. I will ensure the hiccups you saw in the past won't happen again. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
Just signed up for this and it is super easy to use. But I was most impressed with the fellow who helped me today. He spent an hour with me on chat answering every question I had, doing demos, showing me step by step how to do things. I can't think of anything better than having a real person who knows the product to help. Super impressed!

Just installed the app on 2 different sites and i am on the free plan so far. Customer support is incredible. Very fast reply and solved my problems in no time and helped me set up everything. I am sure that this app will help me with the donations and subscriptions. Great app.

The app itself is a bit confusing to navigate, though this might be due to my unfamiliarity with the app and the language of using a new platform. However, I had a great experience recently with the customer support chat. Very helpful, responsive, and in my opinion, deserving of the 5 stars. They were able to change and fix all my issues on their end while thoroughly explaining what was causing said issues—even showing screenshots pointing out where the problem was and what was changed to fix the issue. Would recommend!
