Excellent customer service; they've helped me with the set-up, so I can sell digital products and an app on subscription products and liaised with other APPS to ensure this was working how I needed it to. Great app, and looking forward to starting promotion for my productivity APP subscriptions.

Great application, although it knows its limitations, the support is great! They are available 24/7 which speeds up development time. Would even be better if there is more useful functionalities available or more customization options.

The best thing about this app (besides the fact that it works well with our theme - we had endless problems with the last app we used) is the customer service. The responses to customer service chat are quick, helpful, and easy to navigate. I've been given clear directions as to what the service professionals need from me, or they just go ahead and make the change quickly and efficiently. It's been a great experience overall. One thing to be careful of is that there are a couple of grammar/spelling errors in some of the email templates and information screens, so just be sure to check them carefully before publishing.
