Customer service is consistently prompt and extremely helpful, assisting with the widget integration and customization. We just installed the app, but it was easy to figure out and looks easy to use, both on the shop owner and customer side.

Great app, even better support. I was having issues which ultimately stemmed from Shopify. Appstle support actually went into my Shopify and found/fixed the issue for me. Added bonus points for then customizing the widget to match my stores theme. Highly recommend.

I reached out to finalize the subscription model I set up, and I had an issue with the free shipping that wasn't working properly or wasn't set up. Meghal was more than dedicated, she took the time to understand and answer every concern I had. I have to be honest, I try to avoid contacting support with any company because the service nowadays is bad and the worth thing, they never listen. Meghal is a great and rare example of how customer service should be and how to LISTEN to the customer and give him/her the attention they deserve. She's a keeper, and you should be proud to have such a staff member in your organization. Thank you, Meghal!

Amazing customer service! The app isn't perfect but it does everything I need it to, and whenever I get stuck or have a bug, the live chat team of developers respond in minutes to resolve it. I wouldn't use any other app because of this fantastic service!!!
