We have been using another subscription app for a few years now which has worked well so far but we found the customer support lacking and any customisation of the app to be quite difficult if you don’t know code! We started the onerous task of looking for alternatives and finally found Appstle. From the outset the customer support was (and still is) hands down the best we have found from any Shopify app – and that was when we were still trialling the product. We had hundreds of existing subscribers to migrate and Appstle supported us all the way through. The superior customer support makes it feel like they are a part of your own business. Best priced subscription app for shopify that we found. Functionality is great and is highly customizable.
Their support staff that is reachable via chat in shopify is insane! If we had issues with customization, we could always ask them to review it and everything so far got solves in less than 15minutes.
