Getting set up and everything seems pretty straightforward. I had a bit of trouble customizing my widget to match my theme, but Nayyab and Hasnain were so helpful. They were very patient and kind and set everything up for me just how I wanted it. Great team behind what seems to be a great app!

Customer support super responsive. Unlike other subscription services where they charge you $99+/month for a crappy interface and ask you to write custom CSS to make it look better (when their CSS documentation is complete BS... I'm a SWE and I have no idea which object I'm trying to modify). Appstle's customer engineer team legit changed the CSS for me in less than 1 minute.. and I'm on the free plan... Ashwin, you my boy!

I've had Appstle for a few weeks now and so far it has had every feature I would need. There is a small lack of accessibility to customization, however, anytime I've wanted something customized or changed and the customization feature wasn't an option, Appstle's support team is quick to respond and has solved every problem I've faced. The upgrades monthly are very affordable comparatively. I'll be using this app for the foreseeable future.

I had a problem with the app but the customer service was great! They were quick and responsive and also helped solve the problems in a matter of minutes.

Seriously the best customer service I've ever experienced. Reasons below:
1. Super quick to reply to you on the chat (3 min average, max 10 min)
2. Always know what the problem is and is always an easy fix (whether they do it themselves or guide you through it)
3. They record little videos for you to follow the instructions. SUPER helpful!
4. I feel super confident using this product knowing that any issue will be resolved. 100% recommend
