I needed an App to help with subscription orders for my online juice store juicewealthy.com. Prarthana(the representative) went over and beyond to help me install the App and customize it to suit my theme. I am very happy with service and overall efficiency of the App.

While this APP will not work for me, it is due to shopify's limitations and not the APPs fault. I was in a long back and forth with the APPs team in regards to different limitations and they either added the ability for them or are working on adding them. they are very communicative and are doing their best to make sure that the app will work for everyone. There are 2 cons that I can not get past which is why I am deleting this APP 1 -- Shopify does not allow for the shipping rate to change from order to order. Since my rates are received by API from UPS and FedEx they change daily. Also if a customer made a subscription for 1 item and later changed to 5, my shipping cost will go up but the cost he is charged will be for the initial 1. 2 -- When creating a subscription, it becomes available to anyone purchasing it, so if I negotiate a special price for a specific customer on a subscription basis then it becomes available for everyone. I am sure that this is something that they can fix, but I did not get that far with them as the shipping issue came up 1st.

Talk about amazing, These guys have a 10 out of 5 stars They go above and beyond helping you. 24/7 They help me customize certain parts and walked me through the rest. You have to understand Im not the fastest learner but they came through. The app has so many wonderful feature its hard to list them. The price is right in line too compared to other app that charge a lot more for less. With all seriousness give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

I am using this app for the 1st time, and at first i wasn't sure what i was doing, but their customer support is excellent! Nadeem went beyond a standard Cust. support. he fixed all the mistakes i wasn't able to fix and made everything to match my theme. It was a pleasure to deal with Nadeem and this company is very lucky to have him, i find its rare to find someone whos willing to help so much !

What I like about this app is that you have direct communication with a live chat when you need any help any time :)
