Brooks is my lifesaver! I spent HOURS working on something that I thought I could figure out. I was able to contact him via the chat and he got it to work and did the work on my behalf. The BEST customer service I have had probably ever. Big fan of you guys!!

Downloaded the app. Had a few upfront questions before diving into adding subscription plans to our website. Reached out to online chat and not only did they answer the questions we had, but offered to set up the entire plan for us. They checked to be sure the plan worked properly all the way through checkout. So far, so good with this app and the customer service.

Very responsive customer support - they answered our questions both during the day and at night. They also helped us during the initial setup and launch of the application. So far, everything is going well.

the customer service was truly wonderful. i reached out with a minor issue and was helped incredibly quickly. i really appreciate the care they put into their service. the app is also convenient and easy to use.
