The technical people are always very helpful. What I need has to be a paid plan although I have never tried subscription app before. It was a bit of commitment. It takes time to learn how things work etc. I have been using this app for a while and the subscription is definitely helping our revenue.
I switched to Appstle several months ago. I think I'm still getting used to it. The customer service and support is very good. I usually get a quick response. The downside is there seems to be less features like skipping a delivery, etc. Items/orders instead need to be cancelled and re-added. Also, there is no easy way to combine orders like in other Apps.

Thank you for your feedback. We do support merging orders and skipping delivery. However, in Shopify, a subscription can not have multiple frequencies. Hence, we can only merge subscriptions that have the same frequency. Please feel free to reach out anytime for assistance. We are available 24x7x365.
Customer service is very attentive and helpful. They helped me migrate from my previous subscription app to Appstle. The process was mostly seamless. I had to readdress the same issues repeatedly while transferring a few customers' subscriptions to Appstle. Although that was frustrating, customer service was responsive and met each concern with a positive attitude and urgency to resolve the issue. Thank you Paul and team.
The migration from my old app was pretty seamless and the engineer on the other end went above and beyond to be really helpful. Have not started using it fully or received customer feedback yet but initial experience is great.
Great app for getting started with subscriptions. Options to customise and tailor are so useful and give great flexibility. Support team is also great for getting going and confirming the best setup ahead of launch.
I've managed to set up a SaaS style subscription service on my store for digital products. There are a couple limitations but if you spend the time and figure out what those limitations are you can design your subscription product to work for digital SaaS.
Appstle has great customer support. They are very responsive and always willing to help with tricky questions.
So far this has been a good choice for us and our business.

Great App with Outstanding Support!!
I’ve just started using this subscription app and I’m already impressed. The setup was smooth, and the features are exactly what I was looking for to manage subscriptions on my store. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional support I received.
Right from the start, Adam & Andrew from the support team were quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to guide me through the configuration. They answered all my questions patiently and even helped with a few customizations.
