Great service. Their customer support team is awesome. They will directly handle issues themselves if I ask them questions on things I can't figure out and are very responsive typically in under 1 minute. For subscription services for shopify this is the way to go.

Everything looks great so far! I recently changed themes and the app wouldn't work. I started a chat and Jackson had the issue fixed in five minutes! Great response and service. After seeing 2 other subscription apps, we are relieved to use Appstle subscriptions withhout a hassle! It works, users can finally change/cancel their subscriptions, we lost so many of them because of the poor app quality of the other apps. For now we're very happy with Appstle. Support was very helpful too. 5 Stars.

Awesome App and customer service

The support team of Appstle is second to none. We are building a platform that uses the subscription tool for a different purpose to the standard subscription model and the team has been exceptionally helpful during the build process. Responses within 1-2 minutes always and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Honestly couldn't recommend Appstle highly enough.
