Customer service is huge in today's industry and they are here to help 24/7. Obviously give grace during peak hours but you will find that you will get your answer quickly. Bang for the buck, this should be your first choice. They also consider nonprofit discounts on your pricing if you qualify.

Takes a little bit of tinkering to learn everything, but their customer service is top notch and have been able to answer all of my questions or simply fix my issue with ease. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and set up subscription service. Customer support was super quick and they fixed my issue within 10 mins. They then also helped change my widget to suit the theme, making the integration seemless.

The product is very easy to use, and has helped us bootstrap and setup a box subscription service. One of the best things about Appstle is support - I have never had to wait more than 1 minute to get a response. Compared to almost every other app where the wait is in days . I loved this App, it covers everything you need for a good subscription website. And the client support/services provided by this app's engineer is just fabulous. They are very supportive, they are smart and addresses your concern very well. I availed the support from Maya and Harris and my issues were promptly taken up and adderessed nicely.
