I rate a Shopify app by two main things, one the style & functionality customisation and two the support. Both have been 5/5 stars for me with Apostle. Brooks a customer support and dev has been a great help and has provide great service. I would highly recommend this app, it's cheaper and better than recharge!

I’ve been using Appstle on my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier! Ash with Appstle customer service truly made the experience with the app worthwhile. Navigating the ins-and-outs of Shopify can be a little confusing, but the team at Appstle walked me through everything with screenshots and patient explanations of how to do each option of how I wanted it set up. When I became stuck on an issue, they logged into my Shopify account and found the issue quickly, and didn't log off until they made sure that the problem was completely resolved. Thanks again, Ash!

Just starting using this app but the customer service is excellent. Had some issues (mostly my doing) and Ash helped me out getting me back on track and fast, not waiting around for a email for a day. So far very happy

So far Appstle has been great and their customer service always responds on live chat within minutes and goes above and beyond to fix any small issues that come up. They'll send screenshots or even Loom videos and their development team can help with widget issues etc. Appstle seems to have all the features of some of the much more expensive apps that charge a revenue %.

I've been teaching Korean and generated a lot of sales from this app and it's ease helped me build a lot of subscription plans and bundles. It also pairs extremely well with Tevello which is the course app.

I asked Freya to put in a simple feature on my website and she fixed it for me in about 2 minutes. Something that would have taken about weeks or months to solve. They've always been attentive so I have been a happy customer.

great service! Just ask them for help in the chat, and they will help you figure it out! app itself has been working fine for several months now.

Our customers have been asking for a subscription service outside of the third-party brands we're already integrated with, so this app has been an excellent service for us after having just launched our new website. And their support team is fantastic!
