This app is really easy to use and set up plans. I used the monthly and annual plans. I am only a small business and it takes so much hassle out of trying to do a subscription based service through Paypal. The customer service is brilliant, cant recommend them highly enough.

This is BY FAR the most intuitive subscription app I've tried. Not only was it super easy and quick to get set up, but their is a LIVE CHAT option available and the reply time was QUICK! Nothing is more frustrating then having to wait 24 hours+ for customer service to get back on an URGENT issue. I can tell this team at APPstle is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Highly recommended. We had a list of special requirements for the configuration of our subscription setup. So, we vetted the subscription services available for Shopify, and decided in Appstle Subscriptions, because of the impressive degree of flexibility and customizability and the level and quality of documentation. Out of all the features we have used from the Appstle service, everything has worked exactly as advertised both under low load during development and test of our service, and in production with higher load.
We have seen all changes to configurations take effect immediately and everything has been working consistently without one single glitch.
The support team usually responds very quickly with very accurate, helpful and clear guidance. We have even experienced a very helpful and proactive support fx related to theme-styling of the Appstle components and debugging issues, that turned out to be caused by error on our side. This kind of support is not something you can take for granted and it has helped us a lot. Only one interaction with the support seemed to go bad in the communication from the start, reminding us of the usual standard we see from many other services. The issue in question was later picked up and sorted out. What could be better?
Manual management of individual subscriptions can seem a tiny bit slow sometimes, but it works reliably, which is more important at the end of the day.
Multi language translations is currently not an option. But this is due to limitations in the Shopify subscriptions APIs, and therefor also an issue with all other subscription services for Shopify. Appstle subscriptions deserve the highest recommendation from us.

The app works and looks great with some customization, and provides most of the functionality which we need for our store. Support is very quick to respond too. Only feature that's missing for us is the ability to allow customers to purchase a Build-a-Box without subscribing (without a workaround).
