Amazing subscription app, I've tried others before and this one was the first to start working and converting customers. Plus it's so affordable for what it offers.

I am just getting started with my website and the idea of integrating all the features of bigger stores is daunting. However I know that I will need to offer these features and conveniences if I am going to compete. Appstle has been a huge weight off my mind because I have no idea how to code and these guys made the process easy. Now the step between sending someone a bill and getting paid is eliminated because I offer physical products and services on my site. Even prompt people will sometimes ignore an invoice. So, turn that invoice into a receipt.

We had a few hiccups while getting started with our subscription and Appstle's customer service was always a chat away and responded within seconds! Service like this is hard to find! Way to go Appstle!

So far, Appstle Subscriptions is great! It handles all of the custom configurations I need, and is super flexible. Support is fantastic - issues are solved within minutes! The app integrates great with my store, and makes subscription management super simple! Highly recommended!

Had a few issues with functionality, contacted the online chat function and my issue was resolved there and then. Very happy with the support and with the app - hopefully will deliver repeat business and increased revenues.

After working with the app for 2 months and with the support team, I've decided to update my review. One thing I will mention straight off the bat is that the level of support and attention went down considerably when the Appstle team got their 5 star rating. I am (still) experiencing bugs in their app and was promised a fix 3 weeks ago, but none to be found. This is after multiple emails, chats and follow-ups. I had to repeat explanations of the same issues to the support team multiple times, and there were one or two moments where something was "fixed" that wasn't a problem in the first place. Although I wanted to work together to find a solution and make this app viable for my store, the Appstle team is not meeting me halfway, so I am currently searching for a replacement app. -------------

What makes Appstle Subs so good is the support that goes along with it. There were a couple of tweaks I wanted to execute and Dharmik was a great help with that (super patient too). I will say that we are not yet live with this functionality, so we have yet to see how it works in practice, including the customer management piece of it. Will keep everyone posted on how that goes, but in the meantime, I'm satisfied.
