Amazing Customer support! They are extremely quick and helpful.
Also: We needed a tool that could make a Build A Box Bundle as a Subscription. They were the only ones, that could do the job.
The pricing is fair, the app is great and very easy to set up.

I'm using this app for coffee subscriptions on our website and it works well. I ran into a snag when changing themes but the customer support team got it sorted out immediately.

From what I understood from two different help representatives you cannot view how your subscriptions options will look on a draft in anyway, and you have to test the widget on your live store. To me, that feels unprofessional, I like being able to see and experiment with something in a test environment before publishing it on live products. This may not be a deal breaker to everyone, they recommend testing it by putting the live product up for a few seconds to look at it and then take it down right away. I feel like that is a silly workaround for what should be a default feature.

I would prefer them 5 stars for their support team and I feel relief of choosing this Appstle subscription App. There are so many apps on the marketplace they don't make it to my needs but here I have got what I need for my store.

Really simple to setup and great customer support. Its also user friendly for our customers and allows them to monitor and adjust their subscriptions which is exactly what we were looking to do. Looking forward to being able to manually input subscriptions for offline customers when feature is released.

The options are huge, but the online support is probably some of the best I've ever seen. They are knowledgeable and able to quickly configure and change things for you. Surprisingly good support.

I found Kehanvi from Appstle went out of her way to get this right for me. Her responses were immediate and straightforward which I think is important because not everyone is experienced with APPs
