My experience with the Appstle support team was nothing short of exceptional. They exceeded all my expectations and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a seamless and pleasant interaction. An amazing app, so easy to use but on if you do need help the team are incredible at what they do! if you need an app to help with subscriptions, look no further!

I went through a good handful of subscription apps before settling on Appstle. I'm really glad I did, and not just because it's a great app (it is), but because of the incredible customer service. I'm just getting my online business started, so using the free version until I accumulate more customer subscriptions. Even so, the engineers at Appstle helped me get the widget integration working on my product pages. The fault was with my theme, but they jumped in and tweaked the integration to work with it anyway. All for a store on the free plan. That's some world-class customer support right there, the kind that earns you lifetime customers. Shout out to Kehanvi for the great experience and for getting me up and running in no time~

Muhammed was my assist rep, and he was GREAT! Upon downloading the app i was asked if i would like help setting up and he got me up and going! so smooth and easy, great for me because im not super tech savy with apps!

There are a lot of options which I found daunting and not particularly intuitive, but Mann from Appstle was so patient in working through my questions and guiding me along. Mann went above and beyond to help me customise functions/appearance of the app to better suit our store ad improve it where he could. So far (I have not been using the app very long) the only things that the app can't do are down to Shopify limitations, which is very frustrating - such as only allowing one shipping option for subscription orders, and renaming the shipping option in your orders list (very unhelpful if you are using an automated courier booking app). I was initally annoyed that to get the customer portal options, you had to go on a plan that is quite a bit more expensive than the starter plan, as I don't need a lot of subscriptions. However, comparing the functions of this customer portal to other cheaper apps, it surely will be worth the extra cost as it is clearer and makes much more sense, so customers can do more with the extra functions without having to contact us, which would take up unnecessary time. So far, even if it isn't perfect right now, Appstle seem like a company who will work with you, even considering integrations with other apps that you use, to improve things and help where they can.

Kehvani was very helpful getting me set up. 5 star service. she helped from start to finish and was very knowledgable. she even offered to match the widget to my theme!

This app impresses me greatly, primarily for its native integration with Shopify's checkout API. Unlike other subscription apps such as ReCharge, which redirect customers to a different checkout page, Appstle ensures a smoother checkout journey. Additionally, I have to give credit to the outstanding customer service from the Appstle team. They're constantly accessible through live chat and have been instrumental in customizing my store to look and function precisely as I envisioned.
