The app is working great and support is fast and very well organized.

I can only give the app 4 stars because of the way subscriptions are managed by the customer. They need to create an account on Shopify to manage their subscriptions but its not clear for customers to do this unless I force all customers to create an account before checkout.

The app is not very intuitive so every thing I want to do takes a little longer them it should, but the customer service is wonderful and they were able to help me with everything I needed so far

This app has already proven to be worth it! I love that there's a free plan, especially for a small business like me. Their support is OUTSTANDING. I've had to contact them a couple times and they're extremely responsive and really go the extra mile. Thank you Appstle

Having a live support is a blessing, I think Appstle works hard to have agents that you can actually get help from to around the clock.
