This app is really amazing! 5 Stars probably are not enough... They customer support is something incredible.. they are fast and reliable. I had a urgent issue and they solved it in minutes! It's just incredible. Thank you so much.

Great experience so far. Really streamlined our process. Does not do everything we would like yet, but very impressed by development commitment to offer new functionality in near future. Customer service very accessible, helpful and prompt replies.
The app itself is great. However, the support is even better! Very happy. I highly recommend this. A must have for your store in my opinion.
I used this app to download my invoices for my Program and at first my invoices were i English instead of German. So i talked to the support and they have ruled it in less than 5 Minutes! I can fully recommend Sufio!

Very easy to use and setup. I had slightly different requirements to the out of the box configuration. The support team were excellent and helped make the App work as I needed it to.

As explained in our email response to you, the Sufio app was undergoing a scheduled maintenance, which can lead to certain delays in accessing documents. We notified each of our users with a warning message on the app (the screenshot of which you had sent to us). Please note, this scheduled maintenance is necessary to the ongoing high performance of the app and we do our best to notify our userbase whenever these events take place.
Additionally, you mentioned you were unable to contact our Support team, but as suggested in the auto-response email, our team works Mon-Fri 9-5 CET. So your message was received with no issues, however, it just happened to arrive outside of our office hours.

Amazing tool, easy to setup and configure, does what it needs to do. Fair pricing- and if you do not need automatic invoicing, but only VAT invoices, its super simple.

While this doesn't cover all my needs (I have very fringe case needs), with the recent addition of variant metafield access and direct editing of the templates, it does more than enough of what I need. Nothing else I looked at comes nearly this close. Oh, and support has been over the top, with their always friendly, quick and helpful answers to my questions, it has been a pleasure working with them.
