We have been a happy user of Sufio for many years BUT BEWARE if you export and collect prepaid duty at checkout they cannot show duty as a separate line on the invoice, but do include it in the total. It has meant we need to find another invoicing app that can handle this.

All questions regarding changes to invoice templates for different countries must be addressed exclusively by emailing support. When an order is canceled in Shopify, Sufio does not change the invoice status to “Canceled.” The only option is to create a credit note, which does not work for our business, since a credit note in this case changes the order status to “Paid,” in Sufio. But all our orders are on a 30-day post-payment basis and more...

While Sufio doesn’t support completely separate invoice templates for each country, invoice content can be customised based on the customer’s country and other conditions.
For your store, our team has worked with you to implement the country-specific setup you needed, including reverse-charge wording for EU customers outside Germany, billing address adjustments, and HS code display.
We’re glad we were able to get these requirements resolved and that you later confirmed everything was working as expected.
I was able to setup the whole invoicing, template, credit notes and automatic emailing in just about 30 minutes. I was quite stressed about on how to actually integrate an automatic invoicing solution to our Shopify store but Sufio provided the exact solution I needed!
And just the day after, I jumped on a call with an expert from their team to make sure everything was set up correctly and make some small changes.

Einfache Erstellung von Rechnungen, gutes Optik, aber Textänderungen in den Kundenbriefen und Gutschriften erfordern sofort ein Upgrade auf ein für kleine Firmen sehr teures upgrade.
