We use 3 different only platforms to sell our products, and have over 1,000 SKU's ... I'm very happy with this app. It gives us peace of mind when it comes to having all of the platforms up to date with the correct quantities. At first I was wary due to its simplicity ... but now I see the brilliance in its simplicity, as it is simple and clear in a world of complex businesses. But, truly, what I appreciate the most is their hands-on approach to the onboarding. They understand that each business is different, and our thought process and needs are different, so Ankit jumped on a Zoom with me and patiently took the time to answer all questions, and send a follow up email with the links as a reminder of our call. That little effort on their end, saved us tons of hours trying to figure things out. (I am comparing it to the experience with other apps). Thank you, Ankit and team!

LIFESAVER! I have a complex business model with a strange way to manage inventory. I spent hours and hours researching apps and finally came across Sumtracker. It has honestly been game changing for me. The app is soooo easy to use. Set up was easy. The team have been so helpful. They helped on-board me and have been at hand to answer questions. I give this app and the team a 10/10. Best part is....this is the first time in 2 years I have been across my inventory! No unhappy customers plus I am saving money by not over ordering stock.

The Sumtrackr app is great. We've been using the app for about 2 months. Any time that we've had any questions they were promptly addressed. Over the last 13 plus years we've used several different apps to sync our inventory across multiple channels. None of the apps we used in the past did as well as this one. This app is a keeper!

The Sumtracker team have been so helpful with the entire onboarding process and answering all our queries along the way. Sumtracker as a platform - simplified our inventory management, easy to understand/navigate, enabled us to sync all our stores, super easy to revert to when placing a stock order. Overall, it has been a huge gamechanger for our business. Highly highly recommend this app, especially if you're looking to sync multiple stores.

Fast syncing for our 4 stores, it has an easy to navigate interface and the price is very reasonable, especially compared to the competition's apps, (many of which we've used). Don't have a review of support, but we really haven't needed it...this app just works. Very happy so far.

I highly recommend this Inventory Control App. We looked at many inventory apps recommended by Shopify but only Sumtracker could do what we needed. We have two brick and mortar boutiques and two online stores on two different platforms. We needed to combine all of our inventory from all of our locations, from two different platforms, into one location because all our inventory is shared by all of our locations. Shopify alone did not fulfill our need. So, we added the Sumtracker App. We had a lot of questions. Kush and Ankit were there for us every step of the way. We had several video conferences with them and many emails. And after all that SUCCESS !!! We were able to update and add our inventory to Sumtracker and now we are so relieved to have all of our inventory controlled in one location but is sold in four locations. Shopify reports tells me which location sold the merchandise while Sumtracker keeps track of our inventory. We are now able to keep better track of what we have in inventory. Thank You Sumtracker !!!!
