needed the features that this app offered but they need to use ONLY the cart they offered, you can't use it with default shopify cart.

2. i have a few electronics products that required extended warranty but there is no option to choose warranty only if some SKU added to cart, it will offer to ALL products that it stupid.
i played around 10mins and deleted the app. also there is no chat in app , so nobody will help you asap.

You are complaining about support but you didn't wrote anything to us so your target was just to discredit the app. When our merchants write to us, they get back directly from one of our app engineers ready to help them.

FYI, our merchants are generating a ROI of 1000x to 10000x just by using our cart features, but our cart is designed only for professionals who have an idea how to use it or know how to write an email to the support team.

There are certain limitations inside Shopify and the dynamic fee calculation is tricky as it must be calculated whenever the cart price changes. Having a whole cart with all these feature and functionality is far easier, faster and more stable, more performant and it can be integrated into multiple themes easier.

Our cart editor was created so we can create advanced cart design that match our customer brands, run A/B split testing, custom promotions, Purchase Protection upsells, or use custom designs while keeping everything lightweight and fast.

Playing with the app for 10 minutes free of charge just for fun is a clear intention to destroy our app reputation.
