I honestly wish I discovered Superdesk earlier. It is intuitive, effective, and beautifully designed. After switching, we saw a big jump in the number of reviews we collected. Automations just bring in reviews without effort. Their support has been truly helpful when needed. If you're on the fence or using an overpriced alternative, do yourself a favor and try Superdesk.

If you're searching for a new review app, look no further than Superdesk. I've tried countless review apps, and this one is hands down the best! There are no hidden fees or surprise charges, and it’s incredibly affordable while offering amazing features. We tried many review apps. Some were slow, some were difficult to use, some were unnecessarily expensive. And we had a specific need for asking customer to edit the review. We finally discovered Superdesk, which was the wow app for us. Installation and review importing was easy. Support team spent time with us to customize our widgets. They look beautiful. App is very fast on dashboard and widgets. Worth trying!
