SuperFast POD

At last a UK company that actually works. Amazing range of products .. so easy to design and swift import to store. I have also found they are swift on all replies.

I'm disappointed, I really wanted to use this app. I had a few issues:

The mockup templates were not perfectly aligned. I contacted SuperFastPOD twice, but they never replied.

Still waiting for a reply and I continued. I discovered that my add to cart and buy now buttons had disappeared because of this app. I contacted SuperFastPOD again, but of course they never replied.

I then contacted them via Facebook message - no reply.

I did give them plenty of time to reply. In summary, I contacted them four times and not once did they reply. Imagine if I had an issues with a product or an order.

I installed the app on 12 July 2023 and had no choice other than to uninstall on 1 August 2023. My add to cart and buy now buttons have returned.

A new jewel has emerged in the POD world. Top quality products - they look like luxury brand items. Shockingly fast delivery from the UK to the US. Responsive and friendly support. So excited to continue to build out my store with their products.

Cannot praise this app enough. support is amazing, helpful and very fast when it comes to response. Shipping is rediculously quick and product quality has gained me 5 star reviews on trust pilot and 5 star reviews on etsy. Try them once and you wont regret it.

Without doubt the best POD app on the app store!
I've tried many different apps over the last few years and nothing is as straight-forward as this. It really does give you the ability to put a comprehensive website together with Shopify in days. The quality of the products is outstanding - plenty of my most recent orders are word of mouth referrals from happy customers.
It's the missing piece in my POD goal to switch my secondary income to my primary.
