I've had the pleasure of working with the Superfiliate team for several months, and not only has it been a game changer for our business, but their team is truly my favorite to work with! We were looking for a way to optimize our referral program; initially we had relied upon the out-of-the-box option that was included in our existing loyalty program. It was super basic and didn't really appeal to customers, and just generally didn't perform well for us. We knew there had to be untapped potential because our customers are particularly enthusiastic about our brand, so we decided to give Superfiliate a try...and it was the best decision we could've made! Superfiliate is extremely intuitive on both the back and front end, and it allows users to customize their own storefronts. It easily blows all of the other referral marketing programs out of the water through its gamified UX, and we've heard nothing but great things from our customers who are part of the program! Perhaps the most invaluable asset is their team. They're so quick and responsive, and clearly aligned with our goals of maximizing revenue. Superfiliate makes managing affiliate and referral programs extremely easy. The platform is flexible enough to meet our customized needs, but standard enough that really anyone can pick it up quickly and manage it. We have a subscription business, so the integration with recharge is huge and the ability to pay out affiliates on recurring charges is also a big plus. We also really like the ability to customize landing pages as if we were editing in figma.

A really awesome and incredibly multi-functional platform. We started out using Superfiliate just for our referral program and quickly moved over our loyalty, affiliate, and brand ambassador programs because of how many features it has and how easy it is to use.
