I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Supermoon, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! From start to finish, their dedication to customer satisfaction truly shines.

FINALLY, a customer service management tool that actually works for our business. We've tried them all: Gorgias, Front, Richpanel, Tidio, Crisp, Heyday. For us they were clunky to use, lacked sufficient support and included many features that we didn't need, while at the same time missing critical features that we thought were obvious. Supermoon gets straight to the point. The app's clean aesthetic matches what you would expect a Shopify tool to look like. The setup was super simple (we use Gmail) and, unlike some of the other apps, the two mirror each other perfectly. The support threads are very conversational, and we love the internal team chat feature. The AI-generated responses were a pleasant surprise. We didn't expect to use them as much as we do, but its a great way to save some time and get a response started. We're looking forward to building out this customization to save us even more time. Finally, the support is top-notch. Their team welcomes our feedback and recommendations and actively works on ways to implement them, and this has really improved the overall UX. The app is still in its early days and will naturally have some kinks as these new improvements are deployed, but they are quick to address them. Supermoon is the tool you've been waiting for, and we highly recommend it for your Shopify store.

Not only does Supermoon have one of the most responsive and helpful customer service teams I've ever had the pleasure of working with, but the product itself is incredibly useful. Since installing Supermoon, the amount of time I spend on customer service correspondence for our company has been cut in half! The program is simple, straightforward, and easy to learn. The integration with our Shopify store has proven especially helpful in displaying customer/order info all in one place with their messages and concerns. I like the streamlined format of the message board, without all the bells and whistles that some other AI customer service programs include. The Supermoon team is very invested in constantly improving their program and welcomes feedback. Supermoon has my sincere stamp of approval!
