Dan from Superspeed has been nothing short of a miracle worker. It is still early days however the results are beginning to show already. What I do like about the APP is that it is not just an automated tech automation but also incorporates a human touch with someone you can actually deal with and have real time updates and a roadmap to achieve your stores download speed goals. I would highly recommend.

I started GnomeGumbo.com on Shopify in August 2022 and saw my speed scores in the 30's and 40's. I added Superspeed to my site and my scores jumped into the 70's (an almost 100% improvement). Hoping for even quicker speeds, I submitted a ticket and received a response quickly. Dan analyzed my site's coding and came up with some solutions that jumped my speed up into the high 90's and has stayed Superspeedy! I am very pleased with their diligent efforts to help me, and very thankful for the Superspeed app and superior service.

Highly recommend this app. Super easy to install and setup, the plans are simple, and there's an instant site speed increase immediately upon implementation. We all know themes and CMS platforms all have their pros and cons, and this app keeps things simple, and is very efficient/effective right after install. The fact that I can have confidence the app is also monitoring my prioritized pages, helps me rest assured everything is firing properly. I love being able to load the app, and immediately see page insights/speed in the dashboard. Above all, I struggle with customer service with most apps, and we value people with my business, and so does this team. Five Stars, keep it up team, great work.

Hands down the best speed optimization tool for Shopify on planet earth! If I were given the chance to give 100 stars instead of five, I will give that! And yes, I am not the person who says nice things about people before giving them a "thorough check." The plans may seem expensive but it's actually way way cheaper than hiring a developer who you will have to pay again and again when I add a new app or there are theme changes. Just pay these guys a monthly fee like any other app, and they will handle the rest. I yes, it will pay over MANY MANY times over even if the plans may look SEEMINGLY "expensive." I wish them the very best! Also, don't forget to check their other app - super cart - it's BRILLIANT.

I had difficulty knowing how to speed up my site and tried different apps. The problem is when you do that you get code left behind and if you are not careful it can get messy real fast. I am not a tech-savvy person and Superspeed helped fix my code and really took their time to help me. Yes, it's not the cheapest. But after bouncing between apps you realize it's worth paying for, you need to be a speedy site to compete online. The bonus is when they are nice and you want to support guys that care, which makes all the difference.

Superspeed has been super helpful thus far. I have already seen speed improvements and I've only been using it for a couple of weeks. Furthermore, Dan, the lead developer, is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Any time I have an issue or can't figure something out myself, he is right on top of things. He typically answers same-day, and often within minutes-hours. Incredible customer service.

No other app that I have ever used has the personal touch of being in direct contact with the lead developer. Dan uses his high level knowledge to make real, tangible improvements in speed on your website. No longer am I dealing with "one size fits all" apps that make minor, transient improvements in speed.

I've also implemented Supercart (called "Global Protect Insurance Cart" in the app store). Supercart, also developed by ApolloWaves, LLC, has a great design and is super fast. It also adds several opportunities to upsell and add revenue to your company. Highly recommend Superspeed and more importantly Dan as a developer. Try it out, you won't be sorry.

We have been wanting to address our Core Web Vitals for quite awhile but did not know where to start and the answers out there of what can do can vary so we thought a first step would be to find an app but even the options there were all over the place or what works and doesn't. This app seemed to explain the process the best just in its description so we went with it as it was also the only approved CWV app that was Built For Shopify which we have experienced from other apps does make a difference in performance and support. What I did not expect was to have A+ support with any questions about installation and best practices. While we have just started with the app, I am confident that combined with the out of the box app embeds and the support that this will do its job as we have early indicators that it is already happening.
