After an extensive search for a customizable supplement supplier, I discovered Supliful. Their range, including store templates and personalized labels, simplifies launching my own supplement brand. The impeccable customer service promptly resolves any issues. I highly endorse them. Though my brand is in its initial phases, I'm eagerly anticipating the future.

This app is extremely disappointing. It took them over five days just to process a repair order, and many customers ended up canceling their orders as a result. However, the most significant issue is their policy of not issuing refunds for canceled orders. They claim they've already initiated the repair process and printed labels, which means you end up losing money. It's a lose-lose situation where the more customers you attract, the more money you stand to lose.

After reviewing our correspondence, we see that you have been selling your products using TikTok, which is not integrated with Supliful. Supliful fulfillment times are slightly longer than the ones requested by TikTok. Furthermore, the orders in question have been submitted with incorrect delivery addresses, which delayed the fulfillment process. We cannot fully refund the order since the product labels have already been printed and applied. As requested, the products will be shipped to your address.

I just started using their service and so far, everything has been going smoothly and there have been no problems! The integration is flawless and the ability to handle orders in one place is great. They also make it very easy to change the label and they are very quick with updating the information. Definitely recommend supliful and will continue to use them!
