I think you should really look into why your products are not being sold through my Shopify account I can see by the easy to follow information from your site the problem isnt you guys. I was not aware I had to learn all of Shopify functionality to use it.

****** UPDATE ******

So here is my update on 7/24/2024. Customer services finally got back to me and was helpful. The process takes a little bit of time to learn but now that I understand it better it's fairly easy to use. I ordered my first samples and I'm excited to see how everything goes.

I just started using Supliful and already I'm not sure if I will continue with them. i sent two emails already asking question and still not one reply. They have great products but only give the bare minimum info about them for example the Manuka coffee does not state where the beans are from nor does it give the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) or the Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. I created a custom label so I can add it to my shop but it doesn't tell me if it is in review or not. As stated I emailed twice asking these questions and have not gotten an answer.

For now I will not be adding the products to my shop as my customers expect high quality products but with prompt and reliable customer service. If i can't get answers then I can't provide my customers with the high quality customer service my brand is known for. Hopefully this gets addressed and I can add these coffees to my already amazing product lineup.

Email response might take up to a few hours during peak hours. Great products and professional staff. My only issue is I have been waiting for a week after an order for label approval. I would highly suggest doing a test order because I am going to have to refund my first sale because it is taking so long

Thank you for the great feedback! Our team reached out to you after the order was placed as your label is missing some crucial details required for order fulfillment. Please check your email associated with your Supliful account and follow the instructions provided by our customer support team so we can verify your label and fulfill the order asap. Once the label is verified, all following orders containing that product will not need to be verified again.

I've been very happy with the Supliful experience so far. I haven't launched my store yet, but I have ordered samples and designed labels and everything in that regard has been excellent. The only improvement I could suggest so far is faster order fulfillment. I'm okay with waiting 3 days before orders ship, but it today's world, other customers may not be.

Overall 4/5 stars so far and ready to launch.

I love how easy supliful make it to both start and scale your business. The only thing they could improve is to get stock faster. Otherwise top tier business

Products so far have been great, only complaint is the time to ship can be a little on the slow end sometimes. Otherwise, I recommend them.
