Our app is an AI-powered customer support platform that connects directly to a merchant's Shopify store. A chat widget on the storefront lets customers get instant, accurate answers about products, orders, and availability — powered by real-time access to the store's catalog and order data. Conversations that need a human touch are automatically escalated to the support team through a centralized dashboard. The app only reads Shopify data to power responses and never modifies products or orders.
