画面の表示や、機能性に文句なしです。
Zendeskのようなヘルプデスクも良いのですが、Gorgiasというサービスを別ですでに使っているので、Zendeskでは無駄な機能がありすぎる上に価格が高いという問題がありました。
このアプリは、使いやすいですし、本当に必要なFAQだけを利用することができたのでとても良かったです。
カスタマーサポートもとても早くて助かりました。

It is easy to use and the UI is great.
And when I had a problem, the support team was very nice and took care of the bug right away.
I am a little disappointed that there is no multi-language support for the text.

Very easy to use app. I also like the design. The support is very polite and helpful. The one drawback is that the fonts are small. Apart from that, I can't believe that so many features are available for free.
