Fantastic plug-in with a great support team. Didn't run into any technical issues. A team member even helped me put some CSS code in to change the font to our brand specifics. Would highly recommend this plug-in! I looked around for a long time to find a help centre and support desk that was easily customizable, and this is it. 5*.

Really amazing app. Features are great and the price is more then fair. Ive had this app for multiple month now and never had a problem with it. The customer support is amazing. They helped me right away, were quick and really interested in making everything work just fine. Can only recommend, 10/10.

Very easy to use app. I also like the design. The support is very polite and helpful. The one drawback is that the fonts are small. Apart from that, I can't believe that so many features are available for free.

This is a really impressive app. I had been looking for a good looking Help Center and this has it all: a nice widget and a very nice FAQ/Help Center page.

They recently added a very convenient multilingual support which I could not find in other similar apps.

Also the support team is very responsive.

Excellent app with great support. It's helped us create a beautiful help centre that has resulted in less customer service queries.
