The onboarding of the app is among the best Ive ever had with an app. The entire team took me through the process from start to finish and answered any questions I had quickly. The app itself is user friendly and goes above and beyond my expectations. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We have been working with Swap since August 2022 and it's a great system for returns! It's very easy to use from both our own and our customer perspective. Its still early days from the start their customer service has been fantastc, the product itself is good - its easy to use and the fact that we can have global returns all in one place with customisable rules and fees by country is just a game changer. Its increased our automation and decreased queries into the support team.
