The app won't let me add the swatches to the collection or product pages? Customer services never emails back.

Our team has just updated the application, we are very happy with this update :)
The app looks really fancy but I had to uninstall it as the Checkout on Chrome did not work and we lost sales. I was requesting help from the support but they did not react at all.
Hi Parker Arrow Presets, we have tried to contact you to solve the problem, however, so far you have not responded to our emails, we will always be happy to help solve any problem related to the application.
Wrote support because the slide cart did not open properly. Support told me that they will extend the trial time, they did this but never helped then nor did respond.
We are trying to contact you to resolve the issue immediately.

Easy to use and lots of features and customization. Professional looking and good price.
The reason I'm docking 2 stars is:
1) The trial period is not long enough. We ended up paying for this app before even using it.
2) Poor customer support. The app had some features that wouldn't work with our store correctly out of the box. We contacted support and they said they had a fix. We granted them access to our store but according to shopify, they never accessed their collaborator account once. Now they have simply stopped responding to support emails at all.
Looks really fancy and pretty the app but the support your going to get is the worst. Every day I'm spending $5,000+ on FB ads I do not have time to waste if support doesn't take you serious when you want to make sure this is going to work. You have all your current settings working on your store conversions tracking and then you install this app and it will mess up your current setup. So if your not worried about messing with your current setup and wait around for almost 4-6 days chatting with support on email only to get an inch cause they don't take you that serious it's not worth the headache. Maybe if the owner or someone who knew what they were doing jumped into your store understood your concern and made it all worth it so it was working seamlessly before you waste your time then i would do it. I tried giving it my best shot it messed up my current checkout process then I activated everything and nothing worked in the end but a lot of days emailing support to get text book replies that shows you they don't know what time is money.

Terrible customer service. We had some problems with installing the Slide Cart Drawer app as there was some conflict with how it worked with the Turbo theme (by Out of the Sandbox). There is a 6 day free trial? We emailed the app developer for help to install the slide cart drawer on the first day. Did not receive any reply until the 6th day. Even then there were severe problems with the functionality of the app. For example, on mobile after refreshing the page, sometimes it is not possible to open up the cart drawer even when pressing the Cart button. Or if the cart drawer does open, it is not possible to scroll the list of products in the cart. We also asked Brigitte if she could extend our free trial because we could not use the app live in the store because it was broken during the installation. It took so long to receive any support with the installation. We sent several followup emails all to be ignored. We had to uninstall before our free trial was up on the 7th day. It does not make any sense to pay a subscription for an app that has no support and has been unusable due to no support with installation and fixing bugs. It is a pity. This app seemed to be really promising with snappy load times and appealing features. The lack of support is just horrendous. Some of the worst I've seen out of all the apps I've had experience with from the Shopify app store. P.S. If you want to try this app. Make a backup of your store before installing. That way if you need to uninstall the app. You don't need to wait a week for support from this developer to revert your store back to the way it was.
It's a little expensive but I'm using booster so there was no other way to get a pop up message. I tried SOOOOOO many Sticky Cart Apps and this one is by far the best and has the most features. As I said a bit expensive but really good otherwise
I was looking for a sticky cart option-- I really like the clean design + layout of this one. I'm bummed we have to uninstall; as it's not working properly in our shop.
I did reach out to to support and received a quick response, only to discover some our products are not using product variants, but rather properties. We have so many variants per product and use an outside app to manage them. Therefore when using this app, the options are not mapping to the their cart. We therefore can not tell which scent customers are selecting. This is a limitation that obviously won't work for our shop.
There is a work-around, Their tech support was willing to implement the properties in our products, but this has an additional cost. It takes 4 hours of work at $ 20.00 USD per hour.
Since we are in the middle of a pandemic + economic crises, I'm not comfortable spending additional funds to get this app to work.
Our application works correctly, however the Wicked Good Perfume store requests a very advanced integration with the Infinite Options by ShopPad application.
We made several "free" changes to assist the customer however he never appreciated what we did.
