Very useful app, great customer service, very fast reply to demands. I would recommend it to boost the conversion rate !
App has some functionality issues and formatting issues we brought up to their support team. We were told they would assist in in fixing these but never heard back. There are also no analytics to see what effect your upsell/cross-selling achieves. App is halfway there, wish they would spend a little more time improving it.
Very practical, my theme did not have a drawer cart, but now I have one thanks to this application !
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I installed other apps that did not do as stated, that never answered emails. I ran into this app & installed though it did not show properly on install, I emailed for support & was responded to in less than 10 mins & b4 I could even respond back their was a request in Shopify for access to my store so that they could fix issue. They are very responsive, app is customizable, super friendly customer support & they are open to add requested customizations. Amazing app with conversion features that really help with urgency. If your theme doesn't have a discount code option in your drawer menu, this one will fix that. Fast customer support.

The app is cool, but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They ignore all of my messages.
One of the worst support on the shopify and the app doesnt work its broken after few days and when you contact the support they dont reply. I have deleted the app
We have many clients satisfied with our support and our application, we had already solved the problem, however, he mentioned the same problem again when we had already left everything working in his store, we will always be available to solve any problem that our clients.
J'utilise cette application depuis plusieurs mois mais je pense que je vais y changer, l'application et ses fonctionnalités sont bien mais le soucis c'est que l'application s'arrête de fonction et souvent on ne s'en rend pas compte ce qui fait qu'on se met des bâtons dans les roues tout seul si on a pas modifié le panier de notre thème de base. De plus quand je contacte le service d'assistance celui-ci prend plusieurs heures à me répondre. En clair c'est une application qui est bien mais qui présente beaucoup trop de bug pour qu'on puisse compter dessus par rapport à son importance.
