Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Love It. It`s simple and easy to use. I`m still testing all the options, however what I`ve seen so far it`s really useful and user friendly.

Very easy to install and set up. Curious to see the results.

The support is absolutely not responsive. The app is buggy, the setting is not user-friendly.

1. Follow @ Instagram can be completed multiple times. I have many buyers just earn many points and just get rewards with the points, which cause a loss in business. The support never get back to me although 3 days passed, I have to manually adjust the points for all the customers

2. Refer a friend doesn't work although "fraud prevention" has been disabled.

This app is great and definitely will be a huge help to our online store.

It is a great incentive program.

Decent app so far. Somewhat as expected. I will need more time to play around with it to decide if I want to keep it or not.

Excited about this app. Tried a couple of other rewards apps and this one seems to be the best. Can't wait to see how it goes.
