Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

My first experience with customer service chat and it was amazing. Speak to a live person and not a robot. To also note I was new to this feature and Angelo was supper helpful!

Used this app for months, invested over $600 and got less than half back from their service. We have lots of people signing up but the way it works it really does not do anything special to convert. They have tools but they are pretty basic. Overall its a tracking program and it does that well but it really did not create more sales.

Updated review: tried a few other options and still no good results. Here are my stats:

We just don't see customers increasing their spend or frequency. Programs like this just dont work that well anymore.

Easy to customise to fit your brand style (including nice fonts), plus a helpful and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend it to someone who wants to set up a rewards program. The free plan already has plenty of options to work with.

one of the best things I ever did was add this app to my store!! It does exactly what it says !! you Go to my store courtshipandmore.com and see for your self. it will pop up when you first get to my store and again when you try to leave. also I am able to give different rewards to my customers as they spend more with my store.

Just getting started, but LOVE the ease of use and the responsiveness of their team. In this field, I think customer service is everything. THANK YOU!!
