Jerrah is awesome We're on the gold plan, and there're quite some details required clarification along set up, the customer support is certainly the biggest help! Hope all the detail difficulties and possible improvement we've put up will be updated in the coming version soon

A great addition to our website to create incentives for repeat and long term loyal customers. Swell was SO easy to install and has been SO easy to monitor and use. I had an issue once where I misread something about how to set it up and the response by the Swell team was fabulous - fast, clear, helpful to get it fixed the way I wanted it for my business. I think this is a great app for a loyalty program and would recommend it immediately for any ecommerce site.

Awesome app - customer service is EXCELLENT.

I haven't used yet so I wouldn't know what to rate it.. but I guess Ill support the movement and go with 4 stars.

Needed a rewards program app that lets you filter which products can actually earn rewards, and this has more than enough features for our needs.

Support team is very helpful and has helped us immensely in our setup!
