I used this app to set up our first Loyalty program. The Support team are very helpful and knowledgeable (special mention to Elijah and Aldene for the help with launch and any issues that arose).

Great app, lots of features, will take the place of three other apps. Very responsive to questions and able to guide me through a couple hurdles. The customization is awesome and I'm looking forward to the MailChimp integration coming soon. Thank you very much.

This team is off the charts helpful! I needed help uploading codes for my rewards and had an issue on my end. Not only did Josh walk me through what he was doing to help me but took into his own hands and did it all for me. Unbelievable customer service especially at the end of a work day. Reymond at Yotpo is EXCELLENT at troubleshooting. He makes everything very user friendly. An app can be great, but you still won't get very far without great employees that can troubleshoot. Reymond and the rest of the Yotpo team are great to work with. I would definitely recommend. the Yotpo app.
